The truth about hiring a VA to do your sourcing for Ebay and Amazon

After reading The 4-Hour Workweek, everyone is running around trying to find a great VA (virtual assistant) for eCommerce.  Many will assign virtual assistants the task of sourcing.  What is often the case is, VA's who are far away in foreign countries are assisting each other by passing around sources and thus diluting the sale-ability of products for their employers on Amazon and on ebay.  If everyone has the same sources and products how can you compete?  Prices will be pushed down to nothing when the market quickly becomes saturated.

Why even bother paying a VA to source when you can get it for free here in the US?
Yes, there are actually people here in America who will custom source what you need and want for free and who will feel, touch and inspect it in person.  You save on import costs and you will be guaranteed to get only the best brand name and designer apparel products.

We scout out the best deals for you!  We can get you those $200 dresses sold at Nordstrom for only $11 / piece!  Nordstrom tops can be sourced for as low as $4 / piece.

Let us put our number one apparel buyer to work for you!  Our in house buyer, Anna Hartzog has been working in the Los Angeles apparel industry since 1998 with a background in design and manufacturing.  Our exclusive designer apparel connections make us an unbeatable resource in the closeout and liquidation industry.

Please contact us at:  CustomerService@ShopBellaAnya.com for all your sourcing needs.

Relax, put your feet up!  We'll source it for you!

Victoria's Secret Wholesale Source Supplier Contact Information Liquidation

Everyone is always looking for the one, elusive supplier.  It's such a huge secret, yet no one seems to be able to figure it out!  We at Bella Anya do not currently carry Victoria's Secret wholesale merchandise but we are willing to share our little secret with you!

Here's the scoop:

Wholesale supplier contact information
For Victoria's Secret
Closeouts / customer returns / liquidations

  • You will receive contact information for a wholesale supplier company which sells lots of Victoria's Secret closeouts / customers returns / liquidations.
  • We will mail you the contact information.
  • Note: this is for contact information only, which is for sale (not the actual garments).
  • You must have a proper business registration in the USA (such as a DBA or LLC or INC, etc.) and a resale permit issued by your state in order to buy from this company.
  • This company buys closeout lots directly from Victoria's Secret and then sells them in smaller lots.
  • The items will be defaced (black line through the inner label) or the brand name tag cut off but another tag will remain inside with the RN number.  If you look up the RN number on the government website for RN numbers (google RN number lookup) you will see each item is a "Product of Victoria's Secret."
This is a fantastic and highly sought after source!  It is something many people have been looking for for years as Victoria's Secret products are very popular!

How to find Bloomingdales, Macy's and Nordstrom's closeouts & liquidations - brand name only without buying a pallet.

I was just browsing The Liquidators Guide blog www.theliquidatorsguide.com and saw a an article about buying closeouts and shelf pulls from Macy's and Bloomingdales.  A woman was asking what she would most likely receive when purchasing a pallet.  Her goal was to find certain categories of items (such as women's tops) and preferably brand name.  The reality of buying this way (direct from department stores) is you will most likely get a mix of brands which are often the store brands with some designer brands mixed in.  For Macy's this could mean INC or less desirable brands such as Alfred Dunner.

Why not just cut to the chase and get what you really want without the filler?  We currently have assorted women's tops from the brand Aqua, sold at Bloomingdales for $65 to $95.  Our price is $5 each!

If you're looking for Nordstrom and Macy's closeouts we have KUT from the Kloth jeans.  Retail is $60 - $99, our price is $8 each. Please note:  the jeans have fixable damages such as needing a new button or repairing a pulled belt loop.  Please contact CustomerService@ShopBellaAnya.com for more info.  By the way, you never need to buy a pallet or a truckload - we cater to your business with small or big lots!

How to find wholesale designer jeans that are current season (closeout / liquidation)

KUT from the Cloth denim:
Mia toothpick skinny cord jeans, Natalie bootcut pocket flap jeans, Jennifer Ultra Skinny knit jeans / jeggings

And now for the burning question............ how do you buy current season designer jeans for wholesale?  Most closeouts and liquidations are last season's goods meaning the prior year or season. It is almost impossible to find current stock at liquidation pricing.  Amazingly, we have found the secret!  We have close relationships with sources which enable us to buy brands like KUT from the Kloth jeans at amazing "fraction of wholesale" prices.  KUT from the Kloth jeans retail from $68 - $98 at Nordstrom, Macy's and other high end boutiques.  Our wholesale price is $8 / each!  They are all new either with or without tags with minor repairable defects such as needing a new button or re-sewing a pulled belt loop.  You can either sell them "as is" for a quick turn and profit or have your local dry cleaner make the repairs prior to selling.

Besides KUT denim we have a limited supply of Torrid skinny jeans, capri jeans and denim shorts.  Please contact us for other denim opportunities.  In the past we have had Paige, J Brand, Citizens of Humanity, True Religion, Hudson and more.  We have a connection for Macy's closeouts also so we occasionally receive high end designer denim from this source.

Please contact us at Bella Anya to order wholesale:  customerservice@ShopBellaAnya.com

KUT denim:  Flap pocket cords, Catherine Boyfriend jeans

How to drive traffic to your eBay listings: go from zero to sixty in sixty seconds!

If a listing goes up on eBay but no-one sees it does it exist?  Kind of like, "If a tree falls in the forest, but no-one hears it, does it make a sound?"  These days it's getting harder to be seen on ebay.  Cassini (the new search engine) makes it harder to be seen along with competition from other sellers.

One way to drive instant traffic to your listing is with Twitter.  This morning I listed an old school hip hop shirt.  Seconds after I listed it, I tweeted the listing and my views popped up to 25.  I tweeted it again a few seconds later and my views climbed to 45. A third tweet bumped it up to 60 views!

Eazy-E Tee Shirt (Note:  this is not the shirt I listed - photo shown for concept only)

Now for the burning question!   Does it result in sales?  Yes, I have been seeing increased sales since using Twitter consistently, especially for items that have been lingering for a while with no sales.

Don't forget the hash tags!  #HipHop #NWA #EazyE #Compton #TShirt #EricWright
Use words your customers will actually seek out.  For example - no one is really looking for #Graphic or #Silkscreen but they will look for #Skull #Concert #Tour #Metallica.

Want to make a splash on eBay?  We have a special deal on wholesale closeout Hot Topic rock tees. At just $4 / each you can't go wrong.  Click here to order!
